Founder Yoga Philosophy
Sai Naresh, as he is known by his friends and students, is the founder and principal instructor of Lalitha Yoga Academy (LYA). Born and brought up in Puttaparthi, famous as the birthplace of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and one of the important spiritual places of India, he started his yoga career in 2016 as a meditation teacher and then continued his studies in Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa flow, and teachers training course certification. He is currently teaching and practicing Multi-style yoga. Naresh started his deep meditation and self-discovery journey in Arunachala, the home of the great Sri Ramana Maharshi, where he was inspired to follow the path of yoga and become a yoga teacher. He joined Shivananda ashram in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, where in 2016 he graduated his Teacher Training Course. In 2017 he did Ashtanga TTC in Mysore, followed by the TTC in kerala and also in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala in 2018. He moved to the famous beach town Varkala in 2018 to dedicate to yoga teaching in different schools and resorts. Becoming an influential and known yoga teacher, Sai Naresh was invited to teach dozens of times in Russia, Germany, Italy and Austria. All of this further evolved his own practice and expertise, which led him to open the Lalitha Yoga Academy in 2023 with its own dedicated ashram and resort on Varkala North Cliff.

Santhosh Krishnan is a Registered Yoga Teacher under the Quality Council of India, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India and is a certified yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance, USA. He has been working in India and abroad with many reputed Yoga Institutes including several Government Hospitals. He has completed Masters in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University and also holds PG diploma in Yoga from Ann amalai University. He is a full time practitioner who has been training and learning the intricacies of yoga from different traditional styles and disciplines like Sivananda Asram, Isha Yoga, Art of Living, Mysore Style Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Therapy techniques, Thai Yoga Body Works, Body Alignment Workshop etc

Born and raised in the spiritual heart of India, Rishikesh, Abhishek Ji grew up surrounded by the rich traditions of yoga and spirituality. His journey into yoga began at an early age, inspired by the serene Himalayan environment and the wisdom of the saints and practitioners he encountered. To deepen his knowledge, Abhishek Ji pursued a Master’s Degree in Yoga Science from Sanskrit Gurukul Vishwavidyalaya, where he immersed himself in both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. In addition, he successfully completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, earning international certification. Guided by some of India’s most respected yoga masters, he developed a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa and alignment-based Hatha Yoga. His teaching style blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern understanding, ensuring that students of all levels can experience both physical and spiritual growth. Abhishek Ji’s classes are known for their precision, discipline, and heart-centered approach. He is deeply committed to helping his students explore their own potential, improve their practice, and connect with their inner selves. He was born in a traditional ayurvedic family in south kerala. After finishing his graduation in Ayurveda in 2007 he had learned different specialties like traditional kalari massage, ayurveda panchakarma, marma therapy, nadi examination, energy healing, yoga and spiritual practices. He started his career as a junior doctor in K.P. Pathrose Vaidayan Kandamkulathy in central Kerala.
