Lalitha Yoga Academy which is situated in Varkala, Kerala, is a perfect place for those, who would like to develop their yoga practice and change their lives fundamentally. This academy has been established on the facets of truthfulness, unity, and health and our aim is to develop professional Yoga teacher training courses which encapsulate the tradition of Yoga but also the reality of the world today. Yoga School situated in the backdrop of the picturesque environment of Varkala with our beautiful campus is ideal for Yoga Training. Here, students create a supportive community of learners from various countries and cultures to learn together. Welcome to Lalitha Yoga Academy where our prime objective is the yoga education in Kerala and make them strong and fit through yoga practices. Physical health, mental health and spiritual growth are some of the areas of development that we care to groom in our students.
The purpose of our company is therefore to deliver excellent teacher training courses based on more global traditional yoga principles incorporated with modern practices.
We always aim on helping to develop not only the mind and physical strength but the soul, and thus have a culture of returning and practicing yoga consistently. It is our goal to help each member uncover his/her strength and develop the sense of purpose in line with the principles of yoga as an overall lifestyle not just confined in practice to the mat.
