The essence of our program was organized to cater for the learner’s need, whether a learner who wants to start Yoga or a professional learner who wants to improve on their Yoga skills. In the morning, you can start your day with yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa for your body and spirit to embrace a fresh morning on the premises surrounded by the beautiful nature. Scientifically controlled sessions of pranayama and meditation are conducted at periodic intervals to help the participants experience relaxation and carry inner harmony to their workplaces, homes, and other life environments and the philosophical component is provided by yoga philosophy classes during which participants learn about the traditional understanding of yoga.
There are opportunities to rest, wander around the wonderful Varkala Beach or opt for our workshops on Ayurveda and other well-being activities during the afternoons. Yoga sessions in the evening are mild, so you can easily release tension and get ready for sleep.

7 Days Yoga Retreat Programs
After this Yin Yoga course, you will be able to practice and teach various asanas with variations and modifications. We all have different bodies and enter poses in different ways. Therefore, the use of props like blogs, bolsters, cushions and blankets is one key element of a safe and effective Yin Yoga practice.
In our asana alignment lab, we will break down the postural alignment of the postures and you will be taught verbal and hands-on adjustment to guide your students safely through your classes.
We will teach you the fundamentals of Yoga, its origin, development, and benefits. We will help you to understand the differences between yang and yin Yoga as well as yin and yang tissues.
This 7-days yoga training introduces you to the meridian system and how certain poses can improve the function of different organs in your body. The meridian system according to traditional Chinese Medicine
we teach you the concepts of nadis, prana koshas, pancha koshas, and the sariras.
You will learn what the difference between stress and stretch is! Why Yoga is so important for our spinal health, and the importance of fascia and the connective tissues.
