Welcome to Lalitha Yoga Academy Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Varkala, Kerala. This 21 days intensive course is intensive to help you develop your practice as well as enhance your abilities to teach yoga. We provide all the basic types of Yoga, namely Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow, this program gives a beautiful mix of all. Integrating the classical styles of yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, this training approach encompasses all areas of yoga practice touching on asana, pranayama as well as meditation and yoga philosophy. Instructed by externally qualified and dedicated teachers, the program allows close-knit mentoring to help you develop not only as a practicing professional but also as a future teacher.

In the training you will be provided with anatomic knowledge of the body, insights on the positioning and effects of all yoga postures, and practice how to properly instruct and properly correct a learner.
